How To Get To Die Heimat Country Inn

From highway 80 –take the #225 exit and travel north on #151 for + 6 miles to the T; turn right and continue for +2 miles to Homestead. When the road curves left turn off to the right; you will be on V Street, Homestead's single main street. Continue on V Street for about 1/2 a mile toward the east end of Homestead, and you will come to the Die Heimat Country Inn B&B on the right. Parking is at the rear of the building and so is the main entrance.

From Iowa City – go west on Highway 6 for + 15 miles. As you near Homestead take the first left just before you come to the large grain bins on the right. Cross the railroad tracks and at the T turn right. Drive a block or two and you will see the Inn on the left. Don't worry if you miss the first left off Highway 6, just take the next one and when you get to the stop, turn left and the Inn will be on your right.

From Cedar Rapids – drive southwest on Highway 151 for about 18 miles, go straight at the four way stop at Amana. Continue three miles and cross the railroad tracks. Homestead is on your left; turn left on V Street and continue on toward the east end looking for our sign – Die Heimat Country Inn B&B. Turn right and you will find the parking area at the back of the Inn.
