Interested in booking this b&b for two days during the renaissance festival. I’m deciding on surprising my husband with a weekend away just us two, or bringing our 2 year old daughter and small dog and making it a family affair. What room would you suggest for either scenario and are you available for any dates during the festival this year? We’ve never stayed at a b&b and don’t know what to expect. The photos look very unique and inviting, I think it would give our weekend trip away a more authentic feel vs staying at a super 8 motel. Please respond back with any helpful tips or deals you are offering for that week. Thanks in advance, enjoy your evening!

      Breanne,

I like the way you think! We definitely have a perfect room for you! Our place is very historic and we try to be true to the “Amana Ethos”. We have lovely rooms with King size beds for $120 per night, Rooms with Queen size beds for $99 per night and several tiny rooms with Queen size beds for $85 per night. Tax is in addition, of course. I would recommend Room 5 which is our Deluxe King room ($130 per night) if you want to be on the first floor, or Room 11 upstairs (King at $120) If you would like two Queen beds we have several still available on the first floor that are $120 per night. Our rooms include a full hot homemade breakfast. There are not a lot of things for a small child to do. There are lots of antiques and things within reach of small children which just means you would have to be very watchful. We don’t allow pets, so that would not be a choice for your stay. All of these rooms can be seen and even booked on our website, dieheimat.com. Let us know if you would like to have further help.
      Marc
